Dr. Tao Zha is a renowned economist associated with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Dr. Zha has published in many academic journals, including Journal of Finance, NBER Macroeconomics Annual, Brookings Papers on Economics Activity, Review of Economic Studies, Econometrica, American Economic Review, and the Journal of Political Economy.
A professor in the History and Grand Strategy at the U.S. Naval War College, Sarah C. Paine is a distinguished scholar with a Ph.D. in Russian and Chinese history from Columbia University. Her extensive international experience includes eight years abroad in Taiwan, Japan, China, Russia, and Australia, where she conducted archival research examining the operational and strategic uses of navies.
Dr. Teona Giuashvili is the DINAM Fellow in the Department of International Relations at LSE, where she pursues research on the political and security implications of Russia’s war against Ukraine. Her professional experience includes over eleven years in the Georgian diplomatic service, where she served as deputy head of the Mission of Georgia to the European Union and chargée d'affaires of Georgia to France.
Luke Harding is a renowned British journalist, his distinguished career includes roles as a correspondent for The Sunday Correspondent, the Daily Mail, and currently, The Guardian, where he serves as a foreign correspondent.
Mr. Jukka Siorsokaari has been the Ambassador of Finland to the United Kingdom since 2021. He has an extensive diplomatic career, previously serving as Finland’s Ambassador to Tokyo and Buenos Aires. His diplomatic service also includes postings in London, Pretoria, Rome, and Dublin.
Ms. Butler is currently Director Arts at the British Council - the United Kingdom's international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities. She leads the global programme building connections, understanding and trust between people in the UK and countries worldwide through arts and culture.
Currently serving as Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the UK as well as Director of the Korean Cultural Centre UK, Dr. Sun has led significant cultural diplomacy, such as the 140th Korea-UK diplomatic anniversary programs and the Connect Korea Campaign.
As Hungary's Ambassador to Romania, Mr. Zákonyi was instrumental in fostering bilateral relations and promoting cultural exchanges between the two nations. He now continues his work as the Director of the Liszt Institute in London, working to promote Hungarian diplomatic efforts, through a range of events that seek to promote mutual understanding and immerse others in Hungarian culture.
